Critical Analyses of the Alice in Wonderland Show
“Alice in Wonderland” is the first “chamber” performance staged on the base of the famous tale, written by Lewis Carroll, and is about a little girl in Wonderland. It was my debut as a spectator almost a month ago. Since then, I am completely sure that this staging of the tale does not leave indifferent neither kids nor their parents, even nor theater critics. Each one viewer, regardless of age, completely immerses in the atmosphere of mystery and magic, directly comes to the delight of stage scenery and costumes, the music, the actors, and the secrecy of the adopted to the scene screen version. As a critic I definitely cannot fail to mention all the aspects of the ‘force’ director’s work and the whole spectrum of the skills of the actors, both protagonists and secondary characters.
Consequently, the performance involves more than forty characters. Some of them tried on and, moreover, experienced, immediately several roles. By the way, all the music is performed live. No doubt, the main character is Alice, the girl of mystery, which was lucky to get in an amazing country, in another world, a parallel reality, was lucky enough to feel herself like an adult while being youthful at the same time.
The stage manager with the maximum reliability reflects the technical side of the things: at the stage area is now darkness, then now the bright spots of light snatches objects or actors, assistants with ribbons measure the distance to
