The memory process is a complex process of different types of memory that affect different parts of the brain. When a person thinks of memory, they can think of two types of memory. The two common types are short-term and long-term memory. However, there are different types of memory. There are also factors that can affect a person’s memory and have a great effect on the can dramatically alter. There are causes, treatments, and also ways to diagnose these different factors that can impact how a person remembers.

Like a vehicle, the cell needs all of its parts to run properly. Vehicles have ways of generating energy, function, and also get rid of waste just like cells. It is when parts start to wear and tear that makes the vehicle more susceptible to breaking down. For example, when a car needs servicing to the engine, the car will not operate to its full capability with these issues to the brain. Fortunately, there can maintenance to the car to bring up to speed in which has more of upper hand than a brain. But, the engine can be shut down as where a brain cannot be to operate on. The good thing is these conditions are treatable and also curable as well. If it is an alcohol issue then a person needs to cut down on their alcohol consumption. Also when it comes to vitamin deficiency, it has to correct with a vitamin supplementation in order to have an adequate amount of the vitamin. (Publishing, 2013) Another factor that could cause a loss of memory is anxiety disorders.
