Amber Hagerman- a nine-year-old girl who resided in Arlington, Texas disappeared in 1998. Amber was presumed missing for four days, until her body was found. Due to lack of resources and technology available at the time this pedophile is still roaming our streets. There were no laws in place to trigger alerts when Amber disappeared, which made it harder to ask the public for help. The only resources that were available at the time were television, newspapers, and radio station.
