American Family Culture In The 1990's

American family culture is much more different than family culture used to be from the 1990’s . Comparing families in American culture from the 1990's to 2000’s is very much different in the culture of American families than they are from the different times they share . so think about the purpose of what family was like to them in these two different times and compare and contrast the way of the family culture and think the purpose of the family is now.

When they describe families during the 2000’s it's not good. People can not trust people. Some families struggle or end up being poor because they don’t work. Some kids are making fatherless kids feel bad about not having a father in their life . A single mother or father can not give a child all of the tools they need to survive in the world because they only have one parent which makes them want to act out. When kids don’t have both they can go into the streets and learn from the streets and end up going to jail. Some parents don’t help set up their kids' lives and they kick them out of the house when they turn 18 because to them they believe you are grown and you can do it on your own. Today's world is not the definition of a family, it's the definition of carelessness. They don’t care too much for a real definition of family or to show that they don’t believe or think that it can ever be an American

In my opinion I think I would rather live in the 1980’s because they seemed happier. They were able to live a great life. A life without guns , fights , etc. they didn’t have arguments or fights that you would see in families in the time and day we are living in now. Thats why to me i would like to live in the 1980’s world because they treat the word family better than they treat it now. If you were to go and ask a person who lived in that time would they go back to how they were living i believe they would because they would say in their time things that go in this world now is not how it used to be. You were able to spend time with your whole family. It wouldn't be an issue like it is now. In the present 2000’s they can’t gather without the family causing drama or someone having some one baby or the dad is not there or the mother not there. It would be described as an American / a perfect family with how an older person from your family would explain it to you because at those times that's how they were treated when they thought of a family in their
