The Contagion of Democracy lies in Revolution The United States. England and France were countries under the thumb of the monarchy. Unfair conditions of the people resulted in revolting against the crown. These revolutions created the English Bill of Rights (1689), due to England's Glorious Revolution, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States created after the American Revolution and the French constitution that was created due to the grievances of the Third Estate that later led to the French Revolution. All three countries created a unique form of democracy; Similar in style each country also differed in execution and overall laws created.
