Listening to a symphony of America’s can not be done without a unification of people. Each person having their own individuality, leading to being a part of an orchestra harmonizing to a beautiful note. This was the idea Walt Whitman had when he was writing his poem I Hear America Singing. People might say that this poem has to do only with America and how great it is but that is not true. This poem has elements of uniting together and expressing each other 's individuality.
