After reading chapter 13 : Schizophrenia Spectrum and other Psychotic Disorder I learned some significant facts about the topic Schizophrenia. The first significant fact that I learned was that Schizophrenia is a brain disorder that distorts the way a person thinks, acts, expresses emotions, relates to others and perceives reality. Therefore, schizophrenia is a chronic, severe, and disabling brain disorder that has been recognized throughout recorded history.
