The reasons for choosing this agency are because I am currently a part-time employer as a job coach and because I highly believe in the core values of this agency. The person’s interviewed were the Assistant Vice President of Program Services at Lippman Center and the Job Coaching Coordinator. The interview concluded of both employers being asked a series of questions that outlined and assessed the purpose of the services the agency provides to the community.
