The reasons for choosing this agency are because I am currently a part-time employer as a job coach and because I highly believe in the core values of this agency. The person’s interviewed were the Assistant Vice President of Program Services at Lippman Center and the Job Coaching Coordinator. The interview concluded of both employers being asked a series of questions that outlined and assessed the purpose of the services the agency provides to the community. A reason that this approach will be beneficial is because the clients, in which MERS Goodwill serve, need a lot of positive reinforcement to know that they are excelling on the job. The services also allow the clients to practice social learning. It is important to view each client as a professional in training. Every client that the agency serves must understand a connection between thinking, feeling, and behaving. It will help develop social and communication skills, and fully prepare them for the
