She is the founder of Sustainable South Bronx, which is a group that fights for environmental justice solutions, using groundbreaking and economical projects with the help of the community. Carter pauses when necessary and enunciates to express to her audience the importance of what she is speaking about. The speech is completely free of vocal fillers due to the fact that she was well prepared and took her time when delivering her speech. The only aspect she could improve when it comes to the vocal delivery is when showing emotion like crying to stop and continue when ready because it is very hard to understand what she is saying while trying to hold back tears.

The physical delivery of a speech is crucial to attracting your audience and having them leave with some kind of impression. Facial expressions aide in bringing the speech to life.
