Night by Elie Wiesel, is a book that informs the reader about the experiences he encountered while going through the holocaust. Through the text Elie does not only inform the reader about the problems he faces throughout the holocaust, but he also expresses some themes. Elie expresses themes such as faith in God, identity, and denial, without the reader evening really grasping it if he does not pay close attention. During Night, Elie has a dynamic relationship with his faith in God. In the beginning of the text, Elie is very curious about God. Everyday he studies the Talmud (Jewish Bible), and every night he goes to the synagogue to weep over the destruction of the temple. But, this relationship of faith and curiosity in God changes when the
