Industrialization led to European Imperialism because without the proper advancements and the urge to expand, England wouldn’t of wanted to start imperializing Africa and other countries. The age of imperialism is the age in which mostly Africa and areas of asia are targeted for colonization. This age is a key moment in history because these events led to the cause of WW!. Factors that led industrialization to imperialism were advances in technology, economic advances and social justifications. Advances in technology allowed imperialism to happen much more effectively and rapidly.One major advancement was the germ theory. By understanding how diseases begin through germs, Europeans were better able to fight diseases they’re vulnerable in specific areas. Malaria being a major disease that killed thousands of europeans. After creating cures for diseases they’re able to survive in areas they weren’t able to survive before and then could never colonize. Since factories in europe were just producing mass amounts of materials le to consumerism within Europe. But europeans couldn't buy all the things that were being produced in these factories so they were looking for new markets. They were trying to produce societies which were wealthy enough that they could buy the good which were being manufactured i the factories of Europe. Since africa had a surplus of raw materials that the factories needed, Europeas started to imperialize them.
