Andrew Massengale is a 2011 Olivet Nazarene University graduate and proudly obtained a bachelors of science in information systems. Andrew Massengale has obtained several experiences after graduation his previous position was as an IT programmer at Marketing Resources. As well as his current position, which is a web developer at Radiological Society of North America. Andrew, absolutely loves what he does and shares with us lessons that he learned, coding useless things, and lastly provides us with an activity that involves creating a google extension. The impact that Andrew’s speech provided to me was to always be careful and to pay attention to every detail when writing code. I will certainly take his advice, when I work I mainly focus on getting the job done and obtaining all of the requirements in whatever task I am given. In my job, I work extensively with front and back end technology and due advice I will now be more careful and review every aspect of my code oppose to just getting the job done. This small would certainly prevent any future errors for ever occurring in the first place. Andrew’s experience helped remember to be more careful. The educational value that Andrew brought to the table was the ability to create google extensions, the awareness of code and practice. I thought the information was quite relative to every student and was great data for both educational and work environments. Learn from your mistakes and to continue learning. What I can personally take from the speaker is his advice to recheck our work and to practice; furthermore, not to be afraid to make mistakes and move forward. In conclusion, Andrew Massengale not only enjoys and loves what he does, but he gained a lot of experience, has learned from his mistakes, and proudly shared with us his experience to comfort and relate to us.
