This version was not much different with version 1.0. It patched just a few bugs and some improvement. Besides bugs, Android market is added in the support for paid apps. However, this version of the Android Market could no longer communicate with the Google Play server. There is an improvement in the Android Market which sorting screen has added for the user to sort by display free apps, paid apps or both.
Google Latitude also added into Maps that allowed user to share their location with others. However, this feature was shut down after few months and no longer works.
