Socialization is necessary for an individual for be fully developed human being. In order for the body to be fully develop we need socialization. First, when you isolated children their body become weak and their social behavior become abnormal. For example, the case study of Anna shows how abnormal the body reacts when locked in a small room for years. She was found after barely living in a small upstairs room in the family farmhouse for her first five years of age. Additionally, she was found in such inhuman conditions that she was unable to walk or talk due to the malnutrition. Also, when she was found she show very little signs of intelligence which

Isabelle was lucky she had her mother even though she was deaf. The mother’s companionship and conforming made her capable of progress. Thirdly, the experiment of the Harlow Monkeys, shows the importance of socialization in animals. The experiment consisted in placing baby monkeys taken away from their biological mother and given then the choice of wire mothers with food or cloth mothers without food. The monkeys preferred the soft face mother. This proves that even animals needs nurturing and care during the first years of socialization process. Lastly, feral children is a result of not having socialization. Feral children are kids who lived with limited or no human contact due to abandonment just like Anna and Isabelle, but they end up living in the wild or raised by animals.This childrens are mostly seem like Tarzan but in reality this kids are the complete opposite. For example, due to the lack of human connection, most feral childe suffer from mental disabilities, unable to talk or lack of social skills and physical problems, similar to Anna and Isabelle.
