You do not have the right to tell a rape victim that she cannot get an abortion. Her rights were taking away from her when being raped, why should we now take her rights away from her free will. God gave us free will to make our own decisions. So why does the government think they have the right to take our rights away.

The reason I believe rape victims should be allowed abortion is because it can help them put there assault behind them so they can recover more quickly and avoid the additional trauma of having to give birth to a rapist baby. 47,000 women die each year from unsafe abortion. I think that the part of make argument that will make people feel like it’s the better choice by brining up that the 14th amendment and also proving to them that is abortion isn’t legal for women they will do it own there own and that will put them and the baby in an even worse situation. I think my argument will pursue people more towards this and make them feel more strongly for it is showing to them that there is a pain reducing medicine for the fetus during the procedure and maybe making it a law that all fetuses get this pain reducing medicine. This is an emotional issue for everyone.

I will give data and graphs in my argument; I will also put in rape victim quotes and why they believe it should be legal. My resources and information is reliable because I researched all the cites I used for this argument.
Why do people think they have the right to decide what other people do. People that have not been raped do not understand what it is like going threw. It is like making the non-religious people make choices and laws for the people that are religious or vice versa. There are a bunch of people that do not understand rape, trying to make decisions for these victims. They can research all they want on rape, but they still will not understand.
