Subject: Tuition Reimbursement Program

I have decided to pursue my ambition of obtaining a college education and a degree. As a devoted employee of Apple, I would like to make the pitch of requesting a tuition reimbursement program so I can continue to work full-time and fulfill my responsibilities within this company while attending college. I’ve considered all that request requires and concluded that pursuing a college degree is right at this stage in my career and will enhance my ability to drive successful results for Apple.

I would also like to request financial funding for the cost of tuition and have laid out some facts for your consideration. I hope to convey my value proposition that includes further leadership development and academic training along with a new extended network that will lead to growth opportunities and synergies for Apple. I am confident my participation in completing a college level degree will lead to increased financial results well beyond the cost of tuition.
