We can see in this scenario that most of the individuals are only trying to figure out how to benefit from their job’s family friendly policy. Consequently, I believe that the competing virtue involved is the “Sense of justice, honesty, or righteousness in dealing with others (Neher and Sandin, 2007).”
The circumstances, in this case, shows the lack of responsibility in each person. First, we have Megan that request a four-day week to take care of their children. It is well known that any parent is going to put their children first in any circumstances, but when it is regarding a job, we need to think that a job provides stability. Therefore, it is going to be times where we cannot involve our family with the responsibilities
