I vote against the Compact of Free Association (COFA) because as a delegate of Hawaii the negative effect on Hawaii exceeds the positive effects on the Unified States in general. The Compact of Free Association is a treaty that gave the nation of Palau, the Marshall Islands and the confederate states of Micronesia an open access to the United States.
