I vote against the Compact of Free Association (COFA) because as a delegate of Hawaii the negative effect on Hawaii exceeds the positive effects on the Unified States in general. The Compact of Free Association is a treaty that gave the nation of Palau, the Marshall Islands and the confederate states of Micronesia an open access to the United States. COFA is beneficial for the United States because they get land for furthermore unnecessary process.
