The first country where these symbols were banned was Belgium. Numerous districts of this country have been preventing these attributes to be promoted in public places. The ban applies mainly to the crowded areas, like public transport: women carrying these symbols could be charged or even imprisoned. However, those women believe that such kind of veils are a demonstration of women’s modesty and protection of modern societies’ assault. Nonetheless, it is the illustration of the respect to the Islam religion by the believers, as it is obviously indicated in the sacred Qur’an: “And say to the believing women: that they cast down their eyes and guard their private parts, and reveal not their adornment save such as is outward; and let them cast their veils over their bosoms, and not reveal their adornment save to their husbands” . Therefore, most of the Muslim women prefer to cover to accomplish their religious rules. On the contrary side of the argument, covering up from head to toe disables identities to be revealed, thus, Islamic veils should not be allowed in public buildings as these covers hide ones identity, can lead to increase of crimes. For instance, two hijackers in burkas and full length robes that totally covered their identity, stole £200,000 cost of jewellery from London boutique which is located in Sloane Street, Knightsbridge (2002) . Consequently, covering with such veils makes difficult to detect the criminal and leads to rise of the violent
