On the controversy, there is no fool proof regulation that is set to totally eliminate the negativity of the services of short term housing lease, such as Airbnb.

With San Mateo consideration of mandating Airbnb, a few citizens voiced their opinions, that if their country were to implement San Francisco way of regulation, there will be causes of profit lost and people will not be sustainable on the Airbnb website.
