“When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best…They're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists, and some, I assume, are good people.” Leading up to the 2016 presidential election in November, there has been an influx in discussion about topics concerning the US. The topic that has gotten a lot of attention is the US immigration laws, specifically illegal immigration. Now there can't be anyone in the world who hasn't heard Donald Trump’s infamous opinions about the matter but let me fill you in. Trump believes that illegal immigrants (specifically from Mexico) are a bane to our society, he thinks that the worst of the worst people are the ones that are entering the country. And his opinion is not unpopular seeing that 33% of republican leaners support trump. But, don’t lose all hope for America yet because there is vast majority of people who strongly disagree. The argument is that Illegal immigrants are actually an incredible benefit to the US economy.
