Rosa Parks was a person who helped those in need and did something to make the world a better place. Rosa Parks is a hero because she stood up for herself, she stood up for others, and made the world a more peaceful place.

Looking back on all the events, and vital figures it produced, this explanation is very unclear. In order to fully understand the Civil Rights Movement, you have to go back to its beginning. Most people believe that Rosa Parks began the whole civil rights movement. She did in fact move the Civil Rights Movement to groundbreaking heights but its origin began in 1954 with Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka.

Well somebody sought to speak up, but during this time it was unusual for a person of this ethnicity to say the thing he was saying. Black people were slaves to the white people around this time though its sounds harsh it was, but this person found a way out. The man would get sold at an auction as if they were a piece of meat.

Parks always believed that African Americans were never treated the same as whites. Rosa realized at a young age that African Americans were deprived of many their rights and wanted to do something about it. She volunteered in many anti-segregation organizations and did whatever she could to fulfill their purpose.
The bus driver got angry and kicked Rosa out the bus. Rosa had to walk 5 miles home in the rain. When Rosa encountered the same bus driver, she got told to give up her seat for a white man. But Rosa refused. Rosa had enough of the indignity of segregation, she needed to make a stand.
Rosa Parks Day? Rosa Parks was known for many things, but the one thing mostly everyone knew was her help in the Civil Rights Movement. However, Parks refusal to give up her seat to a white male on her way home from work is one of the most iconic moments in history. This action had encouraged and inspired many others, in specific African Americans to take action on the big situation in that time period. Once the world heard about Parks bravery she became a legend, icon and most importantly a symbol to many others around.
Because Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white man; she started a revolution and the fight for equal rights for black people. According to the author, "after Parks refused to move, she was arrested and fined $10. The chain of events triggered by her arrest changed the United States," (ushistory.org). When she was fined, a lot of events had stirred up. Her arrest had made a lot of the African community mad.
Rosa Parks faced a lot of hard challenges in the time of 1931. She was a great reenactor and leader. She made a huge impact on human race. She wasn’t like all people now days. Rosa was once the girl who had to walk to school, while other white kids rode a bus to school.
Also Rosa was a civil right activist before her arrest. The bus driver how Parks had prior encounter with was James Blake he also demanded that she vacate her seat. But the other problem is that she was not sitting in the only white people area she was sitting in the middle of the bus in those days most people rode in cars or walked and so when Rosa boycotted the bus she was not sitting there because her feet were tired. Weeks after her arrest Parks was jailed a second time for her role in the boycott.
Freedom. The importance of freedom is often forgotten as Americans live day by day taking this gift for granted. In this day and age, freedom seems as a “simple gift’ obtained by every American, but one forgets to think about those who were once unable to enjoy the freedoms one is promised daily. Back in the day, freedom seemed as nothing more than a dream to those of color. Everyday of a colored person’s life consisted of harassment and discrimination as no one cared to treat them as equals.
