MMA fighting should definitely be legal because it is both entertaining and helpful the the people of the world. MMA should be legal because other more dangerous sports such as football and cheerleading are still legal. It teaches children self control, self defense and discipline which is good for the children to know so they are always safe and become pre mature at an early age. It also has less of a detrimental effect on children that wrestling does and wrestling is still legal and hasn't even been questioned on whether it should remain legal or not. MMA is less dangerous than football, boxing and cheerleading. Football and cheerleading lead to more serious injuries that MMA due to the amount of physical contact involved in the sport. When children wrestle they are taking the other opponent down and keeping then there until the ref says who won. Wrestling has much more contact than MMA because you are always on top of one another instead of just hitting them a few times or at least until the round was over. It is also regulated and has limits to what you can do to the other opponent. It's not like you can just beat them to death because the ref would stop you from doing anymore damage if they are already down.
