In many countries around the world, censorship is being used to keep people from knowing the truth of their rights. The government maintains power and wealth that way, but the should know their rights and freedoms. Censorship should be banned in all countries online, in articles, newspapers, and magazines because some countries are not permitting their own people to learn and discuss public affairs, there is no substitute for freedom of speech and press, and freedom of speech and press permits an informed access to information and opinions. In many countries around the world, they do not permit their own people to learn and discuss public affairs because countries maintain power and wealth by force. Many countries remove content that would ruin the government in the internet and news. The citizens of the country would most likely attempt to overthrow the government if they have knowledge and freely discuss previous and current affairs. The citizens of the country would then have a reason to rebel over the government and disobey the authorities. Many countries have a law stating citizens are allowed to say what they want without government interaction. As long as no threats are made, citizens are allowed to say and do what they want with their protection of the rights they have that the government can not take away. The countries can not make another law stating what a citizen are allowed to say and do. There is already a law stating the rights the citizens have and can not make a replacement for that law. The citizens are not controlled by government .
