Climate Change
“According to Patrick Moore “There is no scientific proof that human emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) are the dominant cause of the minor warming of the Earth’s atmosphere over the past 100 years. If there were such a proof it would be written down for all to see. No actual proof, as it is understood in science, exists.” (ProCon.org. (2017, March 1). Climate Change Debate ProCon.org. Retrieved from http://climatechange.procon.org/.) Climate change is a serious thing and began in the 20th century where it started a change in the global air. This can cause problems in the near future, and can be produced by natural causes such as a cyclical change in the weather. Scientist’s say that the world isn’t heating up by human activity,

“66.4% of the studies had no stated position on anthropogenic global warming, and while 32.6% of the studies implied or stated that humans are contributing to climate change, only 65 papers (0.5%) explicitly stated "that humans are the primary cause of recent global warming.” (“Popular Technology, "1350+ Peer-Reviewed Papers Supporting Skeptic Arguments against ACC/AGW Alarmism,” populartechnology.net, Feb. 12, 2014.) 32.6% of humans are only contributing to the global air, but natural resources such as lightning strikes which cause wildfires can affect the global air, and etc. This means human activities are not really causing that much of an effect to global warming, but the world 's natural resources …show more content…
Thirdly, reasons why natural resources are causing global warming and why scientists believe it is human activity is because of the glaciers melting that are making sea levels rise. Not all scientists believe that because about a couple million years ago, there was the Pleistocene ice age, which is a reason from the melting glaciers. “When the earth began coming out of the Pleistocene Ice Age 18,000 years ago, sea levels were about 400 feet lower than they are today and have been steadily rising ever since. Patrick Moore,” (“Natural Resource Adaptation: Protecting Ecosystems and Economies,” epw.senate.gov, Feb. 25, 2014.) Natural resources may be the reasons of the sea levels rising and affecting why we must think everything is from human activity and the glaciers
