The relationship between research and practice
Essentially, the practicality of our research is thoroughly feasible, thus putting our theory into practice was easier than what we thought. We incorporated Realism into the first part of the play so that the audience could see a clear transition when the elements in Artaud’s Theatre of Cruelty Manifesto started to take place. The theory was also executed as if we were in a rehearsal so the audience could see the changing phase step by step when the directors shouted the directions.
