The infamous serial killer Arthur Shawcross was born on July 6th, 1949 in Kittery, Maine. Shawcross’s family moved to Watertown a small town located Lake Ontario in New York State, when he was still a child. As an early adolescent Shawcross claimed to have problems with his parents, especially his mother. When growing up Shawcross encountered some behavioral problems, such as wetting the bed and bullying. In addition he had claimed to have been sexually molested at age 9, by his aunt and had a sexual relationship with his sister. Shawcross had his first homosexual encounter at age 11, which followed by an experiment of bestiality. In all reality his parents and siblings had said Shawcross maintained a normal child hood. Furthermore when analyzing Shawcross school records he had a low IQ, and a history of bullying with a tendency for violence. Crimes that Shawcross committed before his infamous bath of becoming a serial killer were juvenile aprons and burglaries. During the tour he claims to have killed and cannibolised two vietimises girls in front of children in addition to this claim he also killed 39 people in combat. According to authorities Shawcross never killed anyone during his tour in Vietnam. After returning home in 1968 he was convicted for arson once again and served two years instead of a 5 year prison term. On April 7, 1972 Shawcross claimed his first victim who was his 10 year old neighbor Jack Blake. Prior before claiming jack Blake life he had took him out fishing and denied to authorities about his awareness of Jack’s disappearance.
