The United States Army is internally governed by a series of regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. These regulations establish the rules and guidelines that direct daily standards of conduct and how special situations are approached. Some of these rules and regulations are punitive while others are not. The United States congress and the United States President both have the power to change the Uniform Code of Military Justice while the Army’s top brass has the ability to revise, create, or delete regulations. Among this body of law is the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 91 “Insubordinate conduct toward warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or petty officer”.

The second is “Assault by offer” this is when you intentionally or neglectfully allow the victim to believe that they can be substance to bodily harm. Last nature of assault would be “Assault consummated by a battery which basically means you have unlawful intensions that can dish out to violence or force.
Elements for “Contempt or disrespect” The first elements would be to not do certain duties or follow direction and the way you act with the officer. The second is the language used towards the officer. The third would be to disrespect the rank and state of the officer by the actions or alleged behavior.
Maximum punishment
The maximum punishment for an article 91 would be dishonorable discharge and for forfeiture of all pay it can be one, three or five years.
The second punishment is for “Willfully disobedience “states dishonorable discharge forfeiture and on year jail term some goes for disobeying a warrant officer.
The last is for “Contempt and disrespect to a warrant officer would be bad conduct discharge total for feature and 9 month
