In the book, Auschwitz: A Doctor’s Eyewitness Account, by Dr. Miklos Nyiszli he tells us his story of his time in Auschwitz. In May of 1944 the author, a Hungarian Jewish physician, was deported with his wife and daughter by cattle car to the Nazi concentration camp, Auschwitz. Dr. Nyiszli is a Jewish survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp which is located in Poland. Dr. Nyiszli eventually got separated from his wife and daughter, and volunteered to work under the supervision of Josef Mengele, the head doctor in the concentration camp. It was under his supervision that Dr. Nyiszli witnessed many innocent people die.

Statistically, only 54% of the world has heard about the Holocaust. Believe it or not, some people don't know it exists or they deny it happened. Regarding these statistics, the Holocaust is still a very emotional event in history to many. Ever since the Holocaust, people have had multiple different viewpoints on the topic, including writers. One author that shares my viewpoint on the Holocaust is an author by the name of David Oliver Relin.
The Internment Camps were simply war camps to protect the United States from any terror attacks. The internment Camps affected the United States by putting Japanese-American citizens in camps and showing a very dark side of the United States. It all started with the Pearl Harbor attacks on December 7th, 1941. You could say the United States was beyond furious with the actions of Japan. Which clearly set off the government.
For many Jews in the 1940’s, Auschwitz and Buna were a living nightmare. There were many scenes, ideas and feelings that were unforgettable for me. The first scenes that I found shocking were when Elie Wiesel saw the bodies of babies being thrown in a flame. I couldn’t imagine watching small, innocent bodies being treated like that. Second, the lack of mercy at the concentration camp were unbelievable.
The holocaust is an event that was lead by a man named hitler, he and his army killed 6 million jews. And the holocaust museum shows what the holocaust was about and everything that the prisoners went through. Some fictional texts are more subjective meaning it shows more emotions and point of view. In the Article “At The Holocaust Museum” is both subjective and objective because they include people's perspectives on the holocaust and objective because its shows facts.
"Eyewitness Auschwitz" by Filip Muller is a true eyewitness account of his life in Auschwitz. Filip Muller is originally from Sered,Slovakia and was transported over to Auschwitz concentration camp. The Memoir began with Filip Muller in the Auschwitz I main camp where he was by Vacek to the cap off and cap on drill until exhaustion. (Pg. 1-3) The next location in Auschwitz that he was brought to was called the Crematorium where he would have the generators declickered; the dead dragged to ovens for cremation, coke had to be brought in; ashes had to be raked out, and finally the Crematorium had to be cleaned and disinfected.
During World War ll, Germany, led by Adolf Hitler, created many extermination camps for Jews. These death camps had a major impact on European society, and the world. One of these death camps was the Belzec extermination camp. It was established in 1942. How the Belzec death camp was started, how it was run, and how it 's prisoners were exterminated all explain the brutal World War ll death camp of Belzec.
The mass genocide of the Jewish population during the holocaust broke down an entire generation of people who shared the same faith, but love still prevailed. In the novel by Heather Morris, The Tattooist of Auschwitz, Lale, and Gita face and overcome many obstacles that hinder their chances of surviving the concentration camps. This true story focuses on Lale and Gita who are both Slovakian Jews who were transported to the concentration camps at Auschwitz-Birkenau around the same time. Lale is put to work as the Tätowierer (German for tattooist) and had to permanently mark his fellow prisoners. Lale used his privileged position as the tattooer and risked his life to exchange jewels and money for food to help keep his fellow prisoners alive.
