They're communication, management, and design issues. Beth Owens, a recent ID graduate, has accepted a faculty consulting position and although Beth has consulted at least 15 projects she has little experience in depth analysis evaluation. Therefore, the first issue is the design because Beth was hired to provide consultation on ways to improve retention and, maintain a quality of the culinary program and she might not be able to deliver due to her inexperience with in-depth analysis.
