In the novel “The Great Gatsby” by F . Scott Fitzgerald, it emphasized the theme betrayal where it takes a huge role in the characters’ lives. Also, how it affected them negatively and made them miserable.Throughout the novel, betrayal was illustrated in many ways and connections. Betrayal has the ability in making people upset and not pleased in their lives which what exactly did to the characters. The colour red that is in the collage represents the love between the characters and the desire. The love between the characters that has affair and the anger and desire between married characters. Moreover, it emphasizes the blood colour after the murder of Gatsby and Myrtle.

He rather squandered all his success by tracking Daisy and seeking to motivate her to see him. The last thing that happened is Daisy's betrayal of Gatsby.
Daisy was convinced that she appreciated him and not her better half Tom. Daisy at that point walked out on Gatsby and kept running back to her significant other allowing Gatsby to remain alone. He changed his name and worked as a dealer for alcohols and weed to become rich. This changed him, and after he became a rich man, he leaves all his dreams and just walks to Daisy trying to impress her and attract her so he can be in a relationship again with her. He never forgot her, he lost his life just to satisfy Daisy.
Moreover, what Daisy did is, cheated on her husband Tom with Gatsby after she found out that he is wealthy but didn't go back to him, she broke his heart again when she told him that she loves Tom . This illustrate how cheap she is and liar. Another critical thing in the novel is
Gatsby's betrayal to himself. Growing up Jay Gatsby constantly attempted his best to improve as a man. Gatsby had numerous deep desires and had arranged out ways so he could improve as a man. He spent his life on pursuing empty dreams. His hope was to be with his one and only love, Daisy. Each wrong decision Gatsby had made was only to impress Daisy. He was a racketeer, and he would throw costly parties utilizing the bootlegged wishing for Daisy to be amazed. Gatsby needed simply to turn back time to when he and Daisy were infatuated.
