1. Within the show, Bill Nye Saves the World, there is many components of behaviors that we discussed in this course. The first behavior that noticed was when there was an Indian scientist who came out and said that he’s not good at home remedies. This is a stereotype because people of Indian decent are known to be good at home remedies and he made a joke out of it and the crowd even laughed. 2. Teamwork was shown when there was a panel of experts on the Bill was discussing in his episode all came together with their research. There was men and women on this panel. Bill throughout his show brings in other scientist. He is including others not only men but also women which is good because he doesn’t just use one sex so it is not biased. Some people might say of he just used one sex of scientist that it is sexist so he won’t have to deal with that. 7. There was a women scientist who was talking over the men and even interrupting them. She would be considered an alpha girl in this situation. Even in her life especially having a job that is mainly male she must be more of alpha to keep up with everyone in her profession and even in life. 8. In the second episode, there is a blind man. He invented an app that he points his camera at on his phone and it read a description of what it is out loud to him. This would be considered resolving a conflict. Technology is really starting to advance and help certain people who need it like being blind for example. The app isn’t completely fool-proof yet it still has a few glitches but it is still amazing that it is able to do that. 9. Bill has many people that work for him. He has men and women that travel around the world collecting data for him and working on research. These people and Bill as well consider each other to have a friendship. This is an important thing to have when two people are working together to have a stable
