Biography Father The calendar marked August 29, 1968. The fifth kid of Halil and Ayse was born and they named him “Mustafa”. Mustafa was born in a village in the city of Kesap, Giresun. His father Halil wasn’t there when Mustafa was born. He had left in 1967 to Belgium to work and support his family. Mustafa’s father wasn’t there throughout his childhood. Mustafa only saw his father once in a couple of years. His mother Ayse had to carry the responsibilities of both a father and a mother except making money. Mustafa’s family owned farms in the village and some days it was his responsibility to work in the farm. He spent most of his time playing with his siblings and helping his mother out. He attended the Elementary school of “23 April.” Mustafa went to this school for five years. Wanting to continue his education, Mustafa had to leave his family and move to a relative's house to attend a middle school because there were no middle school’s where Mustafa lived. He attended that middle school for two years, then had to move again to another relative’s house so he changed schools. While living in differents relatives houses, Mustafa’s father had to pay the relatives to take care of him. Later, Mustafa attended a career school to get a diploma in Machine works. After graduating from this school, he moved to the big city, “Istanbul.” Working part time to make his own money, Mustafa had to leave for the Turkish Army at the age of 20, this was a requirement. He finished his duty in 18 months and when he got back home he married Emine. Emine was the love of his life for the past seven years. They lived in the payed off house Mustafa’s father bought them.
