There have been many heroes throughout the decades. Some have educated us to become greater people; others have taught us to go with our gut feeling and live life to the fullest. Hero’s come in all shapes and sizes. You would think that hero’s have to be big and strong, in all reality they can be the smallest person on the planet and have a strong voice everyone listens to. Helen Keller was the first deaf blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. Martin Luther King, Jr changed the way people looked at diversity and brought people together. He was also the leader in the African-American Civil rights movement; along with Rosa Parks who refused to move to the back of the bus and was arrested.
