Black hawk down is based on a real story in east Africa , it is a really sad story in where there are shown many dead people by many consequences, mainly because of starvation. This movie looks very alike to other movies I have watch before, but I do not think is the same, it might probably be, because of the gender and kind of the same plot. I love the way characters did their role, it was so real as there were some shocking scenes in where was so hard to see for myself, as I do not really like watching bloody stuff. So far, this is one of my top favorite’s movies we have watched throughout the course it is interesting, it had so many meanings. From all the movies that I have seen according to wars, the mood, tone, the plot is almost the same that has driven me to a conclusion to think that if this movie would have been entirely fiction would had have more scenes in suspense and maybe a different ending. Since for example people would have more lifes, as if they shoot a sargent the most logic would have been that he will be still alive just as the video games that the player has 3 lifes. As probably if, a man got shoot he would still be alive, the explosions would be more dramatic, and the fights as well since they would be looking as professional as the movements from Asia. I think that the theme would have totally change. I would agree that this movie has a deeper theme than just war within hunger. As I said before this movie looks alike to the type of movies, I have seen of war but with a different theme since we all can agree that the army was sent to Somalia as an operation to find the two main thugs (Aidid) which it is all because of wanting to end the war.
