At times of protests caused by racial injustice and police brutality, Black Lives Matter activists demanded a change in equality shown to black people around the world. This essay will explore how the activist’s organisation of the Black Lives Matter movement and how this group promoted both violent and non-violent protests to highlight the racism displayed towards black people.
