Book Report On The Pigman By Paul Zindel

451 Words2 Pages
The Pigman by: Paul Zindel is a amazing story that takes you on a ride with it’s characters, I think it is a story that would be a good read for anyone in middle school or older, but not younger because it is a wonderful, but still very depressing, and dark story.
In “The Pigman” the story takes place mostly at Mr.Pignati’s house on Howard Avenue.
The characters in the story are Lorraine, John, and Mr. Pignati. Mr. Pignati is a kind, friendly, but depressed, old man who is in denial of his wife's death. Lorraine and John are sophomores in high school, they are both different from the crowd in that, Lorraine has paranoia and is not outgoing, and John tends to cause trouble, and has both a drinking, and smoking problem.
