On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.
On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and observed there were three men in the vehicle. The men were identified as the driver Partlow, and the passengers Pringle, and Smith. The officer asked Partlow for his license and registration. When Partlow opened his glove compartment to get his vehicle registration, the officer observed a large roll of money inside the compartment. He ran Partlow’s information for any wants or warrants and he came back negative for both.
On Friday, 11/17/17, at approximately 1044 hours, Officer Chittenden and I were wearing full police uniforms and I was driving a fully marked police vehicle when we were dispatched to the Daly City Police station regarding a possible elder abuse. The reporting party, identified as Suella Feggans, requested I contact her via phone call. She stated to San Mateo County Communications her brother-in-law, later identified as S1 Ricardo Sainz, hit her mother, later identified as Linda West, with a metal pipe and threw her down a flight of stairs for a phone call request by reporting party Suella Feggans, identified via RIMS database, regarding her mother, being hit with a metal pipe and being pushed down the stairs by her brother-in-law. Stark noticed the Officer Safety issue with interviewing the Victim in front of the door, and asked him to move to the side away from the flow of pedestrian traffic. Stark spoke with the Officer that had responded prior to our arrival and got the information that the Officer had already obtained. Stark re-interviewed the Victim, and come to the conclusion that the crime elements of PC211 were not met. I asked Stark what he believed the crime was, he stated PC 484 - petty theft. Stark gave the Victim a business card with the report number.
While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
On 04/19/2018 at approximately 20:04 hours I, Deputy Keith Lloyd, along with Deputy Fred Corley were dispatched to 1299 E 119th Street, Mulvane, Sumner County Kansas for an unknown disturbance. The call was transferred from Mulvane PD who advised they could only hear that a male and his son were arguing. At approximately 20:34 hours Deputies arrived at 1299 E 119th Street. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male who was I recognized as Jarid Miles Branine from previous encounters. I asked Jarid what was going on and he stated he and his father got into an argument and his mother called the cops fearing the two were going to get into a fight.

Supplemental Narrative: On 09/24/15 at approximately 1350 hours, I, Officer Artaz along with Officer Reece responded to 311 Dodge Street apartment 7 to assist Deputy Sparks and Deputy Buffington with executing a felony warrant. The wanted person was identified as Gerald McNeil (DOB 03/26/82). Upon arrival, Officer Reece and I escorted Deputy Sparks to Gerald's apartment. Deputy Sparks knocked on the door and a short time later Gerald answered the door. Deputy Sparks asked Gerald to step out into the hallway, so they could talk.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
On Sunday 01/28/2018 at approximately 0146 I Officer A. Rodriguez #217 was dispatched to Momentum Village apartment #10106 (located at 7037 Islander Way Corpus Christi, Texas 78412 which is a part of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) about an individual that was in apartment 10106 D not a roommate or an invited guest. Upon arrival I activated body camera #3 and knock on the door. An individual by the name of Christopher Potter (student/resident/reporting party) answered the door stating that he heard noise coming from his roommate 's room which is out of town. Potter had called his roommate (later identified as Michael Westerdale (student/resident) via phone to check if it was him which Westerdale told him no and that no one was allowed in his room. On 11-14-2015 at about 2106 hours I was dispatched to a domestic violence report at the Emerald Point Condos at 31900 104th AVE SE; H102, Auburn/King/Wa. Enroute dispatch advised the reporting party/victim, Lizbeth Nunez Santana was calling to report that she was assaulted by her husband. The incident occurred about two hours prior and the husband was no longer at the residence. I arrived at the address and contacted Lizbeth and her cousin, Maribel Chavez. Throughout my conversation with Lizbeth it was clear that she was very upset, she had to stop speaking several times as she was crying and upset with the situation.
Scott Beckman was seen in his patrol car across the church Hill Park looking down the road at my house to see when I was going to leave. As soon as I left I went on a side road knowing that Scott Beckman would probably follow me and he did.
