On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
I had the female step out of the vehicle when she did I told her to get her bag as well, she said it was not her bag. At this time I removed the bag from the vehicle and sat it on the toolbox located on the bed of the vehicle. The female then went to speak with Officer Woodruff. I later took the bag to Officer Woodrufff while he was speaking with the female. At this time a computer check reveled that Green had several warrants.
17 incident during which deputies responded to a suspicious person complaint along County Road 292. On arrival, deputies found Neville driving his lawn mower along the roadway, hauling a wagon load of unopened beer, said Chief Deputy Richard Haun. Not only were deputies aware of an outstanding warrant for Neville 's arrest, on an outstanding charge of menacing, they suspected he was under the influence, said Haun. Neville admitted to drinking one beer but refused to participate in field sobriety testing. While in jail, Neville reportedly wrote letters threatening the lives of the judge and three officers, said Haun, adding the letters were intercepted by jail staff.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.
On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
Warrant Arrest On 07-08-2016 at approximately 2359 hrs, Officer Torres and I were conducting bar checks. Upon departing, we observed Kimberly Ramirez (TX-DL # 34484599), walking in front of the La Consentida bar (209 W. Central Ave). Officer Torres and I had prior knowledge that Ramirez was currently wanted on an active warrant for her arrest. We made contact with Ramirez and placed her under arrest. The warrant was confirmed with the GCSO, and Ramirez was transported to the jail for booking.
On Friday, 11/17/17, at approximately 1044 hours, Officer Chittenden and I were wearing full police uniforms and I was driving a fully marked police vehicle when we were dispatched to the Daly City Police station regarding a possible elder abuse. The reporting party, identified as Suella Feggans, requested I contact her via phone call. She stated to San Mateo County Communications her brother-in-law, later identified as S1 Ricardo Sainz, hit her mother, later identified as Linda West, with a metal pipe and threw her down a flight of stairs for a phone call request by reporting party Suella Feggans, identified via RIMS database, regarding her mother, being hit with a metal pipe and being pushed down the stairs by her brother-in-law. At approximately 2119 hours, dispatch received a call from victim Jorge Arias. Arias told dispatch, he was in the parking lot located at 1329 N. Lake Ave., when he was approached and assaulted by 4-5 male suspects. The suspects stole Arias’ white 2001, Ford F150 P/U, license plate #66213D1. Arias advised dispatch that the suspect fled the scene his vehicle traveling south on Lake Ave. Dispatch conducted a crime broadcast and I was dispatched to the call.
On Saturday 05/29/2016 at approximately 03:11 hours, I (Ptl. H. Lim) was on patrol in marked patrol vehicle 515 with Ptl. Salvador in the area of Livingston Avenue and How Lane. I was patrolling Livingston Avenue when I observed a White Nissan Maxima heading south with tinted window, I began to follow the vehicle at that point. The vehicle made right turn on How lane. The vehicle was operating at a slow rate of speed How lane and started to swirl left within the marked lane.
ON 05/01/2017 at approximately 1000 hours, Deputy Thacker and I, received a call from dispatch that the person living a t 7400 quail court, Tarrant County Tx, was tapping into the water line of their neighbors house at 7412 quail court, Tarrant County Tx. At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).
Supplemental Narrative: On 09/24/15 at approximately 1350 hours, I, Officer Artaz along with Officer Reece responded to 311 Dodge Street apartment 7 to assist Deputy Sparks and Deputy Buffington with executing a felony warrant. The wanted person was identified as Gerald McNeil (DOB 03/26/82). Upon arrival, Officer Reece and I escorted Deputy Sparks to Gerald's apartment. Deputy Sparks knocked on the door and a short time later Gerald answered the door. Deputy Sparks asked Gerald to step out into the hallway, so they could talk.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
Auburn Police Records department checked Oleg 's criminal history for prior order violations and it showed Oleg had two guilty convictions for order violations. Because Oleg had two guilty convictions for order violations, there was probable cause to arrest Oleg for Felony Violation of a DV Protection Order. I completed a Superform for Oleg. Once an ex-convict paid for their time in prison for inferior crimes we should not label then as a felon, so that they can apply for jobs and do not have to check on the felony box when applying for a job. Consequently, ex-convict could get a better chance to be hired, so that they truly have a chance to readjust in the society. People that who are labeled as a felon have a hard time applying for jobs, housings, and getting food stamps, making it impossible to survive and to provide for their family. They can lose their kids, their home, and become homeless and in other cases going back to jail.
