On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
• P alleges excessive force and false arrest. P claims he was at his former girlfriend’s apartment when two MOS arrested. P claims that he was placed in RMP and taken to PSA 6 precinct. P claims that at the precinct several MOS assaulted him causing him to lose vision in one eye. MOS Carlos Sierra was not present at the precinct for the incident.
In this case, Sergeant Randy Baker from Tulia, Texas Police Department attempted to make to arrest an individual that he knew had an arrest warrant out for him. The individual Sergeant Baker was trying to arrest was Israel Leija, Jr. When Leija was confronted by Sergeant Baker he took off in his vehicle. Sgt. Baker, Trp.
On 7-31-2015 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 6884 N.Ridge Rd. Upon arrival, Officer McClure and I Officer Butram spoke with Maranda Degennaro. Maranda had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. Maranda’s speech was unclear and she was visibly upset. Maranda was unable to stand without assistance.
On Wednesday 10-14-15 at approximately 1700 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Hard were advised by dispatch that Debra Vanblaricom was at the station asking to talk to an officer. Debra wished to report an assault on her granddaughter. We met with Debra in the Police Department to speak with her. Debra stated that she feared for her granddaughter 's safety.
On 3/17/17 at 1005 hrs, I was dispatched to the PD lobby in reference to harassing phone calls. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant Victoria Wert and her boyfriend, Bradley Palmer. Wert advised Palmer’s ex-girlfriend, Alexus Smith has been texting her since 9/27/16 to 3/17/17, during this time Wert advised she did not text her Smith once, and her text messages are rude and unwanted. Wert advised she did not receive any concerning messages until 3/17/17 at 0930 hrs.
Illinois v. Cabelles In 1998 Roy Caballes was pulled over for speeding, the police officers were entirely within the law and their jurisdiction, however, when they hindered the stop and preformed a sniff search they violated his Fourth Amendment rights. The officer Gillette proceeds as he does in all traffic stops and requested Caballes for his license, registration, and insurance and if he had any warrants, Caballes stated he did not, in addition if he had ever been arrested before in which Caballes stated he had not. The officer’s last request to search Caballes vehicle, Caballes kindly stated no. Upon returning to his police cruiser to run a want and warrants check on Caballes, Officer Gillette found out that Caballes had been arrested
Officer Perez reports being dispatched to a disturbance at 11 Langton. Perez arrived on scene and met with Ann Mcelroy that stated she lost her phone and found that 2 kids had possession of the phone and was able to get the phone returned to her. Mcelroy stated she wanted to make a report of her phones information had been erased and was concerned of any personal information that was possibly had been taking prior to her getting her phone back. Perez had Mcelroy complete a witness statement form.
On 01-07-16 at about 0955 hrs., R/P Dominguez, noticed that Chavez was missing from the facility. R/P Dominguez advised me that Chavez has been reported missing on several occasions (under case #15001276, 15012422, 15013228). R/P Dominguez advised us that Chavez has been diagnosed as being Schizophrenic. Officer Cass and I checked Chavez ' bedroom and did not locate her or a note. We also conducted an area

Among other observations the officer concluded that their travel plans of working in construction did not tie with the clothing and lack of tools in the vehicle. The deputy asked for identifying documents which he verified. He returned the paperwork and thanked them for their time dismissing Guerrero and Torres. The racist comments that Donald Trump has said about Mexicans and how he says he wants to build a wall to stop people coming to the U.S is what evokes this feeling of fear into undocumented families everyday. This fear is the same fear that Diane went through everyday not knowing whether her family was going to be safe from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). I wanted to know a bit more about Diane Guerrero’s life and how life was for her when her parents were deported to Columbia and I found an article named Op-Ed ‘ Orange is the New Black’ actress: My parents were deported , which mentions how Diane was basically by herself when her parents were deported.
