Branson Marley’s Christmas
It was the night before Christmas, and Mrs. And Mr. Brossette were driving out to the baby’s, Toby Brossette, beloved grandmother’s house. They were staying at Toby’s grandmother’s house for the rest of the beautiful, starry night. “Marley take care of Toby while we’re gone,” Mr. Brossette commands.
When Toby’s parents left the house, Toby climbed on top of Marley’s soft and furry back. Marley started slowly walking down the blue spiral staircase decorated with bright, vibrant lights along the railings. Toby was holding on to Marley’s soft fur as tightly as he possibly could. When Marley finally got to the end of the stairs he headed toward the living room.

Marley looked over to the corner of the bright room. He saw a plant that looked perfect for a Christmas tree. Marley dragged the plant in front of Toby and went to find decorations. While they were decorating, Marley got all tangled up in Christmas lights.
After a couple of minutes the small plant looked just as beautiful as a real Christmas tree. Toby and Marley were surely impressed with it. The small plant had red and blue ribbons, all sorts of colored lights, and wrapping paper was wrapped around the pot and stem.
After the “Christmas tree” was done, Marley looked out the window and saw the stars. The stars somehow reminded him of the snow. That made Marley decide to take Toby out into town. Marley zipped on his pajamas and put on his little beanie. Toby then hopped on Marley’s back and they were off.
When they opened the door there was a nice thick blanket of ice cold snow. Toby on Marley’s back they were already in the snow and on their way to the town.
When the two were in town, Marley saw a sign in the window that said “Be our 1,000th customer, win this basket”. Marley decided to walk in and see if he could …show more content…

Toby decided to give the man the basket they’d won and his little beanie. The man thanked Toby. Then they walked off.
Also on their way home, they saw some carolers singing next to a house. One of the carolers gave Toby a beanie because they saw he didn’t have one. Then Marley saw a stray-looking dog next to the carolers.
Marley looked over to the house and saw two children. He couldn’t tell what they were saying, but he could tell they were happy about Christmas.
Marley walked closer to the window and saw the children looking at the chimney like it just moved. They then got almost in the chimney and looked up. Toby and Marley both thought they were wondering how Santa got down the chimney.
As soon as Marley looked at the stockings above the chimney he remembered it was Christmas Eve. He ran home faster than a racecar going down the track. When he got into their yard he slowed down. He saw that the dog was following him and there was a cat sitting next to the door, which was
