Brilliant Moments is a digital camera company that operates globally to give superior quality with world class service. Our vision is to be the best quality camera provider and capture unforgettable moments in our customer’s lives. At Brilliant Moments we believe in quality over quantity. Within the next five years we plan to continue developing advanced cameras by using our best cost strategy. Brilliant Moments sells cameras in North America, Asia- Pacific, Latin America, Europe-Africa. The original intended strategy opening the company began to change as we conducted more timely research and developed emergent strategies. Originally, within our strategy we analyzed how the market and our competitors were running to determine more subtle figures in marketing. In the next year we decided to increase growth in sales. One of the strategies we used was product development by increasing the megapixels and other specifications of our multi functioned cameras. We made changes in our marketing division primarily to increase our earnings per share, return on equity, credit rating, net revenues, and profits. The strategy came from an intense focus on the factors that are scored by the game. The P/Q rating was originally 2 ½ stars, and we increased the product design portion to make the P/Q 3 stars. We made sure we increased quarterly technical support to reach industry average and adjusted average price for all increased also models (entry level and multi-featured).
