The definition of Customer service is all collaborations between a client and a product supplier at the time of sale, and from that point. Customer service increases the value of an item and assembles persisting relationship.

It also gives you the right to a *cooling off period. This will affect Ferraris customer service because they will need to resolve this situation. This means that if a customer wants to rent out a car from Ferrari and they use a credit card they have the right to get an agreement and during a certain period the customer has the right to change their mind. As a result if the customer decides to cancel the payment then that means Ferrari will not get paid anything meaning they will be making a loss in profit. *(cooling off period - Number of days during which a buyer can change his or her mind and cancel a purchase agreement or return a purchased item for full refund. Cooling off period is allowed in some countries for purchases involving long-term financial commitment, such as purchase of a condominium, or an expensive piece of jewellery.
