The company is faced with high end competitor. The company is looking for a different market approach because many of the high-end brands don't market to the diverse skin tones of women or men. The company has a reputation of being very affordable and has a large presence in marketing communication and over the past two years had a established sales in the retail market. During the course of the year the board of directors and senior executives had several issues over the past two years.

We provide our customers already with a budget friendly cosmetics we need to expand their options. There are a lot of debate within the company stating expanding more products such as lipsticks and lip glosses would be beneficial. However, we need to expand what we are known for "Foundations". We already offer products in varies forms such as sticks and press powder and sheer foundations and more. How about we expand the shades this will be marketable for us by catering to all skin tones. This is what the Leadership team needs to know before the meetings, such as who we are as a company? Why are customers buying from us instead of the competition, our trends in the beauty market and what is our demographic in the beauty market? We already have a budget which is 10,000-20,000 this will help create more branding for our product and add more appealing packing. We can also hire an advertising agency to help us expand our brand.
