Fear is a feeling that has the ability to highly influence a person's thoughts, emotions and actions. One of the most problematic situations of fear being put into motion is bullying, bullying can take place anywhere schools, at home, at your workplace. You usually hear about kids being bullied in school but did you know bullying happens with adults too and in their own workplace? Even adults can have fear stricken into them from bullying causing them to being unable to speak up against the bully or to manager. The thing about bullying is that anyone could be the bully even the manager of the workplace which can make things very complicated for the individual being bullied. The method of the study was done with 122 Mechanical turk users giving feedback from surveys done online with many different ethnicities taking the test, they were given many different type of test such as The Negative acts questionnaire, The Rosenberg self esteem scale, The narcissistic personality inventory, and the Social paranoia scale. “The self-reported race/ethnicity for the participants was distributed as follows: 83.5 percent White, 9.6 percent Asian or Pacific Islander, 5.2 percent Black or African American, 1.7 percent Hispanic/Latino, 1.7 percent, American Indian, 0.9percent Multicultural. (Participants were able to identify as belonging to multiple ethnic backgrounds; thus, the total percentage across groups exceeded 100” (Fireman,Santuzzi). The results of the study did not give an answer as to ways to prevent workplace bullying or to assist victims of it. The results showed the overall scores for many of the quizzes given with a mean and standard deviation score alongside them and some info given on results from some victims. “The survey analysis found that 19 people had not worked within the last 6 months” (Fireman,Santuzzi). The study was moreover finding the outcome of the survey and not ways to fix the problem of workplace bullying. The results only showed one non survey charted
