The death of Caylee Anthony June 2008, Caylee Anthony, a 3 year old girl goes missing, her disappearance is not brought to police attention for 4 weeks from her grandmother, Cynthia Anthony, last saw her. It is Cynthia Anthony who places the call to the police and informs them that her daughter Casey has told me her that Caylee’s nanny has kidnapped her and has been trying to find her on her own. When Caylee’s mother, Casey, spoke to police she told them that she last saw her daughter on the 9th of June, 2008, when dropping her off with the nanny. Casey told the police that Caylee’s nanny was named Zanieda Fernandez-Gonzalez and provided an address. On searching the address the police found that the apartment had been vacant for a couple
On 10/25/15 I arrived at 6011 Jacksonville-Conway Road in reference to a possible shooting call. Upon arrival I made contact with Margaret Davis, who advised that on this date her ex-husband, Jerry Davis, shot himself at his residence. I observed Mr. Davis in a medical bed in the living room of his residence with a small caliber handgun in his right hand and laying on his chest. I also observed a spent .22 Long Rifle cartridge laying on Mr. Davis' shirt next to his right hand. Mr. Davis did not have any immediately observable wounds

The infants body was also recovered in the same location as its mother. The child still had the umbilical cord still attached. Scott continuously denied the allegations.
After Cindy Anthony made this statement, people started to blame the absence of Caylee on her mother, Casey. Eventually, getting a hold of Casey Anthony, She admits to the police department that Caylee has been missing for 31 days, because she was kidnapped by her nanny, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. After hearing this calamitous news the police department starts tracking down who this woman is, and where she lives. Furthermore, investigators call family and friends to see if they have ever remotely heard of “Zanny the nanny”(Casey). Quickly it was shown that Casey had been lying, because none of her relatives or peers had heard of such a person.

Built in 1705, the Colonial Williamsburg 's capitol had made decisions that have changed the history of the U.S. with years of work put in to validate it. In fact, many decisions by historical geniuses influenced history, and majorly affected our current rights and independence from Britain. In addition, guidelines left behind from the colonial age taught us how to maintain a fair government of which a democracy takes place. Also, Virginia would still be owned by Britain without the capitol. To add on, years of work in the capitol make today a better generation.

A frustrated community, mislead stories, and a phony mother brought to the courtroom in 2008, as a mother was being charged. Casey Anthony, the mother of Caylee, was accused of being responsible for the disappearance and death of her daughter. Caylee had been missing for weeks, before it was reported. The Casey Anthony case was significant to America because it showed our society the careless actions of one mother through the unreliable stories, falsely made reports and evidence that wasn’t thoroughly investigated. This trial was significant to America because it showed our society the careless actions of a mother, and how her choices got her to where she is today.
