• P alleges excessive force and false arrest. P claims he was at his former girlfriend’s apartment when two MOS arrested. P claims that he was placed in RMP and taken to PSA 6 precinct. P claims that at the precinct several MOS assaulted him causing him to lose vision in one eye. MOS Carlos Sierra was not present at the precinct for the incident.
C: Mrs. Mack (MHS) reported Jaheim Brown display physical and verbal aggression. A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack. Mrs. Mack called law enforcement after Jaheim broke the bedroom closet door and other personal property in the bedroom.
On 7-31-2015 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 6884 N.Ridge Rd. Upon arrival, Officer McClure and I Officer Butram spoke with Maranda Degennaro. Maranda had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. Maranda’s speech was unclear and she was visibly upset. Maranda was unable to stand without assistance.
Ps, Elizabeth Gibson and Gerding Speare, allege excessive force and false arrest. Apartment # 510: P Gibson alleges that was on the toilet when MOS break into the bathroom with their guns drawn and pulled her off the toilet. P Gibson states that she was not allowed to get dressed and was dragged into the living room. P Gibson claims she was handcuffed tightly. Apartment # 406: P Speare alleges that she was in her bed when MOS entered the bedroom and dragged her into the living room.
On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.

On 5/25/16 at 9:40 PM, Integrity Associate (I/A) Nathan Govan (natgovan) notified Shift Supervisor Enmanuel Cabrera that he believe someone may have stolen his lunch. S/S Cabrera quickly gathered the information needed and walked over to the refrigerator at question to get the exact location where the he left his lunch. After, S/S Cabrera escorted I/ A Govan to H.R and he was given vendor bucks to get another lunch. I/
On 10-17-2017, at approximately 2155 hours, Officer Sabo B3173 noticed there were several Inmates crowding D6 B-Pod bathroom located at 3225 W. Gibson Ln Phoenix AZ 85009. Officer Sabo advised me via the radio that I needed to go check B-Pods bathroom. I immediately went to B-Pod; Officer Sabo then made a radio call for additional officers for an inmate/inmate fight. As I entered B-bod several people ran out of the bathroom. I told the Inmates that were running out of the restroom to have a seat at the dayroom table.
On the above date and time Corporal Joshua Hussey asks to speak with me concerning an inmate complaint. He stated on 10/29/2015 night shift Inmate David Anthony Todd F Block/Cell F3 accused Officer James Law of inappropriately touching him. I instruct Cpl. Hussey to escort Inmate Todd out of the housing unit; he and myself exit Tower 2. Inmate Todd and I are in the Bonding Court Room when he gives his account of the incident; no other staff is present at this time.

As a former young offender whose life changes after being a part of a group home, Reef has to overcome his own nature, having to decide between what the easiest decision is and what the right decision is. This is shown after a politician, Ronald Decker, manipulates the media by cutting and showing parts of Reef’s positive eulogy at his youth worker’s funeral to create a negative message, in order to prove, with false evidence, that Reef’s former group home, North Hills, is “failing to meet its mandate [and] is merely a rest stop for low-lifes [sic] on the way to becoming hardened criminals” (Aker 136). On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
After I terminated the relationship with the Chief of Police’s niece he approached me several times and spoke about the relationship. He advised me on more than one occasion that his family wants me to be fired from my position as a police officer because of breaking up with her. Shortly thereafter the Chief attempted to discipline me for violations of the department that either did not occur or were not rules or enforced. The Mount Carmel Township Police Officer’s Union and I were forced to argue the decision he made.
