Last week Ridgeway and our Bank experienced an unfortunate transactional issue processing the payroll. As several employees received the funds on Friday midnight and others on Saturday, many of you received the funds until this morning. Certainly, Ridgeway did everything in its power to correct the issue as soon as possible in collaboration with our bank, correcting the problem truly depends on many variables and other institutions such as your bank to transfer the fuds to everyone’s account.

Ridgeway apologize for any inconvenience this unfortunate event has cause to your families!

For those of you with bank charges due to overdrafts, please provide a proof of those charges to your area manager for reimbursement.
