On Friday 10/23/2015, at 0153 hours, Security Officer Omar Alonso, was approached by a Scribe in the Emergency Department and told that there was a possible combative male patient coming in by EMS. The Officer radioed Security Dispatch and reported there was a (51D) disorderly patient coming in and additional Officers was needed. Security Supervisor Steven Evans and Security Officer Carlos Ayuso arrived and were updated on the situation. Orange County EMS arrived at 0154 hours with patient Lane Raven (FIN# 84738915) who was being treated for a possible overdose of opiates. The patient was not combative but he was not cooperative or agreeing to being medically treated. He was taken to E.D. room #36 to await treatment by the attending E.D. doctor.
