NICHOLSON, Christopher appeared at the Office of the Attorney General Office in response to a subpoena to appear on September 28, 2014 at 9:00 AM. He was advised of the identities of the MFCU interviewing agents HICKS, Howard and BEEKMAN, Kiana and voluntarily provided the following information: NICHOLSON (Brother) is SCOTT-NICHOLSON’s, Miami (Recipient) older brother. A year ago, SCOTT-NICHOLSON was legally adopted by NICHOLSON’s (Brother) biological parents, NICHOLSON, Michael and NICHOLSON, Denise (Recipient’s adopted parents). During the time of the adoption, SCOTT-NICHOLSON was 4 years-old. She has been diagnosed with Autism, and is currently attending the Center for Autism in Newport News, Virginia. She provided SCOTT-NICHOLSON’s in-home behavioral treatment from 2013-2014. During that time, SCOTT-NICHOLSON also attended McGruder Elementary. NICHOLSON (Brother) is unaware of ROSEY’s exact time and/or schedule in which she provided SCOTT- NICHOLSON’s in-home sessions. However, ever day after work between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, he stopped by his parent’s house before he went home and ROSEY was there at least 2 to 3 times during the week. NICHOLSON typically stayed at his parent’s house for about 30 minutes to an hour and was told by his family that ROSEY had arrived to conduct in-home sessions with SCOTT-NICHOLSON 1 hour before he had arrived. During the interview, MFCU investigators inquired about NICHOLSON’s observation of ROSEY. NICHOLSON commended ROSEY on her skills as a Therapist but stated they did not converse often. He indicated that they would just say hello and ROSEY continued to assist SCOTT- NICHOLSON. NICHOLSON stated that ROSEY did however, attend events at his family’s church and participated in weekend events with his family. Nonetheless her attendances during those times were never on a professional level in which she had been providing SCOTT-NICHOLSON any
